The Avenir, an premium luxury freehold condominium in River Valley has sold 20 of the 40 units released over the weekend private preview sales at an average per square foot of $2,960 to $3,560 psf. 7 out of the 20 units sold are larger premium 4 bedroom units with private lift access to their apartment.

Two-thirds of the purchasers were Singaporeans, who are sourcing for premium spacious apartment in the primary market, which is rare at this present moment. The size for a 4-bedroom is 2411 square feet, with a total 376 units within the development. The Avenir is designed by Jean Francois Milou, who was our National Gallery Singapore’s principal architect.
